In one of the tests, Ally bank’s customer service even made an exception to policy to accommodate one of our client’s request to deposit more funds into a cd after the 10 day cut off point. The confidentiality implemented with their secure email system is revolutionary. The feature on their home page that let’s you know the wait time for a call is also very useful.
