Amegy Bank Customer Service Ratings

We found Amegy Bank to have above average customer service.  What is great about Amegy Bank is that they are available to talk to on the phone every day of the week.  We found their email to have a fast response time as well.  The only downside we found for Amegy Bank’s customer service came in regards to their representatives.  While they were certainly friendly and professional, they did not prove to be of much help when it came to certain issues regarding accounts.  Maybe we just contacted a batch of new recruits, but we found ourselves waiting for answers to what we thought were basic questions.  Overall though we still rate Amegy Bank highly when it comes to their customer service.
