to have great customer service. Three areas that American Express Bank’s customer service excelled in were timeliness, availability, and friendliness. When talking with representatives on the phone we found them to be extremely helpful in solving problems associated with both savings accounts and CD accounts. Being available 24 hours a day 7 days a week is also extremely helpful whenever something comes up such as theft or fraud. Representatives treated us with respect and dignity every time we talked with them, and unfortunately that is something that is hard to come by when it comes to the banking industry.
