Aurora Bank scored well in our overall ratings. The customer service that Aurora Bank provides is above average, along with having competitive interest rates on all of its accounts. The reason for it not scoring as highly was mainly due in part to the features that were offered with each account, along with the some problems associated with its website. The accounts associated with Aurora Bank have the same features that one would find at any other bank in the United States. While that isn’t necessarily such a bad thing, there is nothing that really separates Aurora Bank from other banks, and that is why it has the rating that it has.
