The first two words that come to mind when going through Aurora Bank’s website is simplistic and sleek. This can be both a benefit as well as a hindrance depending on one’s point of view. When going through the various accounts associated with Aurora Bank one will find the rates being shown upfront along with three to four bullet points highlighted some features. However, if one were to try to find all of the features associated with say a savings account one could not find them without contacting customer service. The web pages are simply not detailed enough when it comes to features.

However, there are two positive things worth noting in concerns to website usability. The first is a separate link that shows all of the rates associated with each account that Aurora Bank offers. The second is a list of calculators on another link for such topics as emergency savings, CD ladders, and so on.
