Chase Bank’s customer service is certainly not at the top of its class when it comes to the banking industry, but we did find some positive experiences when contacting them over the period of a few months.
The representatives at Chase Bank did not seem as friendly and hospitable as opposed to similar banks, but their timeliness was above average. It took little to no time being able to get in touch with a customer service representative. It was difficult though when trying to dispute an error on a statement or an incorrect fee, and it makes one question whether Chase Bank is truly looking out for its customers.

Absolutely terrible. They have “no authority” to dispute a banking error, and what’s worse is that they have terrible customer communication. someone on the phone told me that I shouldn’t be “spending my money that way”. I happen to be in financial crisis. What ever happened to customer service???
