Chase Bank offers a sleek and modern look to its website (www.chase.com), providing customers with practically everything they need as far as features up front. For instance, when researching checking accounts on the website one can see all of the various accounts offered side by side, along with all of the features and fees associated with each one.
However, the rates associated with savings, money market, and CD accounts are not listed upfront, but rather on a separate page. One wonders why they do not simply show the rates on the pages associated with each account. Other than this one hiccup the website usability for Chase Bank is very good.

I am appalled to see this clearly false (note- single) vote for the CHASE Bank website usability. This is very nearly the worst system I have ever encountered. Nothing works as expected, Almost everything I do comes back with an error, and it is pathetically slow. How can such a large institution get away with such an appallingly bad design? CHASE should fire their CIO and get someone who knows how to do the job right.
