Citibank’s customer service is both tech savvy and warm, and this is a unique feature that one cannot find at many other banks. When it comes to accessibility Citibank ranks right up there with its competitors, offering phone service, email, and visiting a branch in person. Another interesting option is tweeting, in which one can tweet a question to @AskCiti with a banking question and one will respond to it in a reasonable amount of time. The responses we received were always timely, although there were some questions that were not completely answered and required further questioning.
