Power and Associates for 2010. Discover Bank’s customer service certainly lived up to its billing when we reviewed it. What’s great about Discover Bank’s customer service is both their availability and ease of use. Representatives are available to talk to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This is especially important when it comes to security breaches, and their fraud team is great at not only informing you of unauthorized transactions but also closing accounts quickly if need be so that more money isn’t taken out of any accounts. We also found it very easy to settle issues associated with an account with representatives, both through email and through the telephone. They were friendly, courteous, and were able to solve each and every problem we threw at them in a timely manner. Overall Discover Bank’s customer service is easily one of the best out there today.
