First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO) Direct (Overall: 3/5)

FNBO finished average in our overall ratings.  While its customer service is a plus, FNBO’s savings and CD accounts have rates below the national average, and combined with other small things such as exorbitant fees they really drove down the bank’s ratings.  If you value customer service very highly when choosing a bank FNBO is a solid choice, but if you are one who takes into consideration everything associated with a bank there are certainly many others out there who can offer better services than FNBO.
