FNBO Direct Customer Service Ratings (4/5)
If there was one area in which FNBO exceeded expectations, it was customer service. The bank provides the same kind of service that one would expect from a local bank. The representatives treated us with respect and handled all inquiries in a timely manner. If they did not know how to solve the situation immediately we were transferred to someone who could. It was a breeze having to deal with customer service from FNBO on the phone, but the bank was not as timely when it came to email correspondence, with some emails taking up to five days before getting a response. Other than that minor hiccup however FNBO’s customer service was above average when it comes to similar online banks. Check out our article on FNBO Direct.
