ING Direct Bank Ranking (Overall: 3.8/5)

ING scored above average in our overall ratings.  Their checking account is one of the best that we have reviewed, and their other accounts offered are great as well.  While their customer service was only average in comparison to other online banks ING did score above average when it came to website usability.  If you are willing to overlook the customer service aspect you will find ING to be a great bank to do business with, especially when it comes to their checking account.
