MetLife Bank Rating (Overall: 3.8/5)

Overall we found MetLife Bank to be above average in our review.  What stood out for MetLife Bank were their customer service, website usability, and CD Accounts.  Their customer service was one of the best that we have reviewed, while their website was easy to navigate and their CD accounts offered above average interest rates of longer term lengths.  What prevented MetLife Bank from rating higher were the interest rates offered on their money market and savings accounts, which were well below the industry average.  All in all we would recommend Metlife Bank as a solid bank that one should consider opening an account with and you can read our MetLife Bank Review for more information.
