     MetLife Bank’s customer service was one of the best that we have reviewed.  When contacting MetLife Bank through email we received replies back in an average time of only 12 hours, which was one of the fastest average times we have ever recorded.  Not only was the response time fast but the responses were spot on and answered all of our questions thoroughly.  What is great about MetLife Bank’s phone service is there are both an automated service as well as representatives available six days out of the week.  The automated service is available 24/7 and this is a great feature if one were to encounter and kind of fraud or emergencies.  We found the customer service representatives to be timely as professional.  We could tell that they were clearly passionate about helping customers with their problems, which can certainly be hard to say about other banks.
