MetLife Bank Rating - Website Usability  (4/5)

 MetLife Bank rated above average when it came to their website usability.  We found it very easy to navigate throughout the site and find important information regarding accounts.  The interest rates for each account are presented up front and in large font, which adds a sense of convenience.  There were two other great features worth mentioning when it came to the pages for each different account.  The first was that there were calculators at the bottom of each account page, which gives one a sense for how much they will be receiving when they open an account with MetLife Bank.  The second is a handy frequently asked questions (FAQ) widget on the side of each account as well, which answers basic questions such as what fees are associated with the account and so on.  The only downside came to information presented at the very bottom of each page.  It was in white font and extremely hard to read at times, but other than that we found MetLife Bank’s website to be great for any customer interested in researching accounts and what not.  Read our MetLife Bank Review.
