Sallie Mae Bank Ratings – Website Usability   (5/5)

Sallie Mae Bank has great website usability overall.  Their website is extremely easy to navigate, with all three accounts offered available to view under the banking tab at the top of the page.  It is prominently displayed and cannot be missed.  As far as the information associated with each account, all of it is presented upfront.  The interest rates for each account are in large font that catches the eye as soon as one encounters the page.  There are also different tabs on each page that display rates, terms, and fees so that one does not have to search around for them at all under disclosure forms or anything.  The website has a very appealing look to it, and utilizes many different colors so that it is not bland to look at, while the information on each page is well organized.  The account sign up process is very easy to undertake as it only takes a matter of days before one can be signed up with Sallie Mae Bank.  The only minor downside to the website is that it did not have very many website features worth noting, although the frequently asked question (FAQ) page was very comprehensive.
