We found USAA Bank overall to be well above average in many areas. It has a unique website geared specifically to its customers, as well as great customer service and a checking account that can rival any other. The only major downside came in regards to their savings accounts offered, which had interest rates well below the national average. Other than that USAA Bank offers fantastic services and products, and can be a great alternative for someone looking to steer away from major banks such as Bank of America.
