We found Wells Fargo Bank overall to be about average across the board. Wells Fargo Bank did have a nice website and above average customer service, but its accounts did not wow us by any means. Even though there were some special offers with higher interest rates, once the offers wear off the standard rates are well below industry average. It is certainly a solid bank worth considering if one values safety and customer service, but if you are one who is looking for high interest rates it may be best to look at other banks.
