    Wells Fargo Bank’s customer service exceeded expectations in our overall review of it. What stood out to us the most was the 24 hours a day 7 days a week availability of their phone service. We also found their customer service representatives to be both friendly and timely in responding to our questions associated with certain accounts.

    The only downside that we found about Wells Fargo’s customer service came in regards to their email service. It took an average of three to four days to receive a response back on anything, which may be a good response time for some but for us it was below the response time we usually receive through email. Other than that, though, we found Wells Fargo Bank’s customer service to be above average in comparison to other major banks.
