We found Wells Fargo Bank’s website to be easy to navigate and convenient. Everything presented with each specific account was upfront, and this included both fees and interest rates. One of the great features about Wells Fargo Bank’s website is their comprehensive frequently asked question (FAQ) section. Not only did it have basic questions that one would ask about an account but many advanced ones as well. It was certainly one of the more thorough FAQs that we have come across during our bank ratings.

When it came to online banking information was presented in such a way as to make it easy for someone not familiar with it to grasp it quickly and easily. Overall Wells Fargo Bank has above average website usability according to what we found in reviewing it.
