I have a mortgage loan with emigrant bank. I am going through an extreme hardship , I have been trying to negotiate with them for months and they rudely and firmly responded with “there is nothing that they can do” I even had two different representatives tell me to take a loan to pay the mortgage. The other said ” well no one told you to move to an area with high property taxes”. They are brutal and unsympathetic. For your own sake, ” Do not go with this bank”
