You can also pay your bills online, view your statements for up to two years, receive email notifications from all activity on your account, and transfer your money to internal or external PNC accounts. Online banking also provides the option of downloading your activity report in Excel, Quicken or Microsoft Money Format. Through mobile banking you can also receive information on your account through your smart phone.

They have a great feature on their website that guides you through a series of questions to decide which savings account is right for you. My wife and I went to PNC for our first mortage because they offered an 80/10/10 loan. PNC has been nothing but a headache from day one! Our loan officer Mary Garrity was not on top of anything. She delayed our closing 3 times due to her mistakes and her inability to follow the correct requirements for the loan such as ordering important tax information. She also forgot to order the money for closing. We then tried to contact her superior Randy Barwick he did not return my calls or address the issue, he has yet to return my calls. After all of the problems they caused they refused to wave our closing costs. Now 3 months after we have purchased the house we get a letter saying that the bi-monthly payments we have been making to pay down our loan faster cannot be applied to our loan until the full amount has been received. The only way you can do this if through a third party which charges a fee each time. PNC is nothing but money hungry and completely unattentive to their customers needs. What is even more frustrating is when you try to go to people higher up to discuss your problems they aren’t much better than the person you had the problem with in the first place! I wouldn’t have even given one start to PNC, if we were planning on staying in our house longer we would pay the extra money in closing just to switch banks because we have had nothing but problems with PNC!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BANK OR GET YOUR MORTGAGE THROUGH PNC BANK GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!
