    Americans are finding themselves between a rock and a hard place when attempting to repay their personal loans according to a recent study. A study released by the ABA or American Bankers Association for 2010 shows many Americans are delinquent in repaying personal loans and these numbers are increasing. A delinquency was defined by the study as a payment at least 30 days overdue.
