USAA Bank has one of the best customer service programs hands down. Whether it was through the phone or through email every response we received was delivered quickly and answered thoroughly. What is especially great about their customer service is that they have a telephone line dedicated specifically if one has a lost or stolen card available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The representatives were also some of the friendliest that we have encountered, thus adding to what is already a great service offered by USAA Bank. Even though they were a little slow on Mondays one can still expect a reasonable waiting time. Overall USAA Bank offers fantastic customer service that one can rarely find elsewhere.
